Yes. UnionWorkbench is built offline-first. Documents, member data, and grievance records are all cached to your device. You can search documents, log new grievances, record meeting notes, and compose messages — all without a signal. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online. This is especially important for stewards working on factory floors, in hospitals, or at remote sites.

Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Messaging is end-to-end encrypted — not even we can read your messages. Data is stored on EU-based servers and we are fully GDPR compliant. We never share data with employers or third parties. Access is controlled by branch administrators and all access to sensitive member information is logged for audit purposes.

Absolutely. We've built GDPR compliance into every feature. Sensitive member information is hidden behind tap-to-reveal so it's never accidentally exposed. All access to personal data is logged. Members can request data export or deletion at any time. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for every union, and our Data Protection Officer is available to answer any questions.
